What we collect, and why.

This covers the partnership program only — applying to partner, and using the partner portal.

What you give us

When you apply: your name, work email, country and time zone, your company name, website and size, your role, the services you offer and industries you serve, which partnership models interest you, and the reason you think the fit is right. Phone number, LinkedIn and portfolio links are optional.

When you submit an opportunity as a partner: the prospective client's company name and website, a contact name and email, what they need, and your confirmation that you have their permission to make the introduction.

Why we hold it

To review your application and tell you the outcome; to run the referral itself and attribute it to you; and to work out what commission is owed. We record the time you gave consent rather than a bare yes, so there is a real answer to when and to what.

Every decision that changes an application, an opportunity or a partner account is written to an append-only history. That record is the reason a disputed introduction can be settled by looking rather than arguing, and it is why we keep it.

Who else sees it

CreativoCode staff reviewing applications and running referrals. Two processors: Clerk, which holds your sign-in identity, and Neon, which hosts the database. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with other partners.

Partners see only their own organization's records. A partner cannot see another partner's opportunities, clients or commissions.

How long, and how to remove it

Applications and referral records are kept while the partnership is active and afterwards for as long as a commission could still be queried. A rejected application is kept so we can recognise a repeat application and give a consistent answer.

Email hello@creativocode.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted. Where a record has to stay for a financial reason we will say so plainly rather than quietly keep it.

Questions about any of this before you apply are fine — the FAQ covers what stays private between us and a client.
