Partnership models

Two arrangements. Not the same deal.

The difference that matters is who owns the client and who sets the price. Everything commercial follows from that.

Referral

You introduce, we take it from there.

Commercial model: 10% of the initial project value by default. The fee becomes eligible once the qualifying client payment clears, is reviewed by finance, and is paid manually outside the portal.

When it fits: You meet companies who need this work but you do not want to run the project, carry the risk or manage the client.

White-label

You own the client, we are invisible.

Commercial model: We quote you partner pricing. You set the client price and keep the difference. This is not a commission arrangement — there is no referral fee on white-label work, and the payout interface does not appear for it.

When it fits: You have the client and the mandate but not the capacity, or not this particular capability.

What we commit to

What holds across both

  • We will sign an NDA. It is standard practice here, not a negotiation.

  • We do not poach clients. On white-label work the client is yours, during and after.

  • We do not contact your client outside what you have agreed.

  • Source files and code are handed over on the terms in your agreement — no hostage-taking.

  • Delivery capacity is flexible; communication is predictable. If a date is at risk you hear it early.

  • Attribution is recorded when you submit an introduction, not reconstructed later from memory.
