Who owns the client relationship?
It depends on the model. On a referral, we do — we run the sale, the proposal and the delivery. On white-label, you do, completely: we work behind your brand and do not appear. On reciprocal work, whoever delivers it owns it.
Can CreativoCode contact the client I referred?
On a referral, yes — that is the point, and we tell you when the introduction happens. On white-label work, no: we do not contact your client outside what you have explicitly agreed. Nothing is sent to a prospect automatically when you submit an opportunity.
Will you poach my clients?
No. On white-label work the client is yours during the project and after it. We do not market to them, and we do not approach them independently.
When should I submit a referral?
As early as you credibly can — ideally once you know the company has a real need and you have permission to share their details. Attribution is timestamped at submission, so submitting early protects you.
What if two partners refer the same company?
The portal normalises the company domain and contact email and flags a possible overlap for an administrator. A human decides. You are never shown another partner's record, and they are never shown yours.
How is attribution actually determined?
By the recorded submission timestamp and the administrator's explicit decision, both stored against the opportunity. Once a referral has been accepted, changing the attribution requires a written reason and creates an audit entry.
Do I need the contact's permission?
Yes, and you confirm it when you submit. We are receiving someone's personal contact details; we are not willing to take that on an unstated assumption.
What is the referral percentage?
10% of the initial project value by default. Your specific rate is set when your application is approved and is shown in your portal.
When does a commission become eligible?
After the project is won AND the qualifying client payment has cleared AND finance has reviewed the calculation. Won on its own is not enough.
How are payouts made?
Manually, outside the portal, by a person at CreativoCode. The portal records the amount, the method, the reference and the date, so you have a permanent record of what was paid and when.
What if the client cancels or asks for a refund?
A cancellation before the qualifying payment means no commission becomes eligible. A refund after payment is handled under the exclusions in your partner agreement — the adjustment and its reason are recorded and visible to you.
Does white-label work pay a commission?
No. You set the client price and keep your markup; that is your margin. The referral payout interface does not appear for white-label engagements.
How does white-label delivery work?
You bring the scope. We quote you partner pricing, you set the client price, and we deliver under your brand to the confidentiality terms you specify. You stay the only voice the client hears.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. It is normal here. Confidentiality requirements are recorded against the specific work rather than assumed.
Who owns the source files and the code?
Ownership transfers on the terms set out in your agreement. We do not hold deliverables hostage and we do not retain rights that the agreement gives to you or your client.
What information stays private?
You see your own organisation's records and nothing else — never another partner's referrals, commissions or payouts. You also never see our internal notes, internal margins, private contracts or unrelated client details. This is enforced on the server, not by hiding buttons.
Can a partner be paused or removed?
Yes. Access can be suspended, which removes portal access immediately. Historical records are never deleted — suspension is a change of access, not an erasure of what happened.
